Who's this for? You have a budget, and you want to give our designers creative freedom to create something amazing. You want to see how the design interacts with the whole property.
Within 24 hours of payment, you will receive an email from the design team to begin!
Local Delivery SERVICE
Standard Delivery
Materials are delivered to your home/jobsite and unloaded by hand with two team members onto your driveway, or in close proximity to the delivery truck.
We do NOT spill your delivery off a tilt deck all over your driveway. We unload with care!
Backyard Delivery
LEVEL UP!
For an extra fee, our team members will hand unload your materials, and deliver them right to the backyard where the build is happening! And then, they will sort the materials into piles of like items so you don't have to dig through everything to get to what you need.

Permit Application SERVICE
Do you need a permit? Probably.
But don't let that scare you. While there are a few exceptions, most of the time a permit is required to build a deck (but not typically a fence). If you don't feel comfortable applying for a building permit, we can do it for you. We charge a small fee to handle the entire process on your behalf. Please inquire in store.
