I'm always a little leary of buying from an unknown online but the TUDS retail stores have great Google reviews so I took a chance. Super happy I did. Their price for my smoker was $150 less than most retailers and when I the unit arrived with some parts that were damaged from the factory, they stepped up and got it resolved for me and communicated with me every step of the way.
